To be able to price match, we will need a recorded price (eg. a catalogue clipping, screenshot on your phone (with URL, date & time), web page, competitors quote or similar.)

What is excluded from our Price Guarantee?
- Cashback and coupon offers (eg. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic code word)
- Commercial quantities and pricing (eg. a reduced price not available to the public)
- Stock liquidations (eg. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
What About online stores?
- Our Price match Guarantee includes some products you find online – as long as the item is identical and in stock.
- When assessing the price match guarantee from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any).

- Products sold in online stores may be matched at the discretion of the manager
We promise to do our absolute best to match a competitors price, but please keep in mind that we are still a small family run business. If it is unreasonable for us to match the price, we will be upfront and honest. The final decision on all pricing rests with our store managers.
